Our sports recovery unit offers services and treatments for the recovery of injuries related to sports activities. We have a multidisciplinary team of health professionals, including physiotherapists, licensed in Physical Activity and Sports Sciences (CAFYD), sports physicians, among others, to ensure a comprehensive and complete recovery for athletes.
We design personalized treatment plans for each patient, taking into account their specific injury, fitness level, and sports goals. Treatments may include physiotherapy, manual therapies, rehabilitation exercises, functional training, strength training, and more.
The main objective of the sports recovery unit is to help athletes recover from their injuries safely and effectively, reaching their best level so they can return to their physical activity or sport as soon as possible. We also focus on preventing future injuries and enhancing athletic performance through specific training programs.

Sports readaptation
Sports readaptation is a comprehensive process aimed at helping athletes recover from an injury, safely reintegrate into sports practice, and optimize their performance.
During the sports readaptation process, we conduct detailed assessments to determine the athlete’s physical and functional condition, as well as the nature and severity of the injury. Based on this information, a personalized treatment plan is designed, which includes rehabilitation exercises, specific training, physical and mental therapies, among others.
The main objective of sports readaptation is to allow the athlete to return to practicing their sport safely and effectively, minimizing the risk of re-injury and maximizing their performance. Additionally, it aims to prevent future injuries by strengthening muscles, correcting biomechanical imbalances, and improving sport technique.
Functional training
We conduct functional training aimed at improving the body’s functional ability to perform everyday activities more efficiently and safely. Instead of isolating individual muscles, we focus functional training on movements that engage multiple muscle groups simultaneously, mimicking the actions and movement patterns we perform in daily life.
We work on strength, endurance, balance, and coordination. Common examples of functional exercises include squats, deadlifts, burpees, kettlebell exercises, and resistance band exercises.
The benefits of functional training include an improvement in overall body strength, balance and stability, movement coordination, and injury prevention by strengthening support muscles. Additionally, this type of training can be very effective in enhancing athletic performance and overall fitness.
Therapeutic exercise and back school
We use physical movement and specific exercises to improve body function, prevent injuries, and treat various musculoskeletal conditions. Our primary goal is to enhance the patient’s mobility, strength, flexibility, and coordination.
Back school is an approach used to treat and prevent back problems, such as chronic lower back pain and cervicalgia, among others. This type of program is based on specific exercises designed to strengthen the back muscles, improve flexibility, and correct posture. We specialize in spinal rehabilitation.
Our goal is to improve physical function, reduce our patients’ pain, and prevent future back injuries.
Personal training
We conduct exercise sessions designed and supervised by a personal trainer with the goal of helping individuals achieve their fitness goals effectively and safely. These workouts are typically customized according to each individual’s needs, fitness level, and current ability.
